Conclusion by IndianOil Chairman, Mr. Sarthak Behuria

Today has indeed been a golden day to be cherished by each one of us at IndianOil.
And we are highly grateful to the many dignitaries, guests and invitees who have joined us here tonight to give their good wishes.
All success begins in the mind. What the mind can conceive, it can achieve.
Fifty years ago, IndianOilPeople embarked on a golden journey, fuelled by nothing but a spirit to serve and a passion to excel. This is what made them succeed, in realising their dreams and aspirations.
IndianOil is now well into the next phase of growth. While we strive to be a transnational energy major, we dream to do even better. We envision a future where IndianOil will be a globally admired company.
That is why, as we embark on a new and exciting phase of energising India, we have unveiled a new Vision for IndianOil today. A Vision crafted by IndianOilPeople themselves.
Because, we at IndianOil believe that only a Vision crafted from the dreams and aspirations of its people can truly reflect its true potential, energy and enthusiasm of an organisation.
As we look to the future, we can only ponder on what challenges await us in the coming years. But there is no question that as a leader of the energy industry, we shall continue to contribute our best in the growth and progress of India, as we had done for five decades now.
As energy-providers to a fast-growing nation, IndianOil is concerned about several issues, about India’s energy needs of the future, about its long-term energy security, and about our own role in making energy resources accessible and affordable to all.
In a new era of such challenges and opportunities, I seek the continued, whole-hearted support of all my colleagues and stakeholders.
Let me conclude with the inspiring and soul-stirring words of one of the world’s greatest leaders, Nelson Mandela, that sum up so very effectively the message for each one of us on this Day:
"I have walked that long road to freedom. I have tried not to falter; I have made missteps along the way. But I have discovered the secret that after climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are more hills to climb. I have taken a moment here to rest, to steal a view of the glorious vista that surrounds me, to look back on the distance I have come. But I can rest only for a moment, for with freedom come responsibilities, and I dare not linger, for my long walk is not yet ended."
Once again, my sincere thanks to everyone here for making this moment truly Golden.
