Drafting of agreement going on, LTA will be signed today. Management has agreed Cafeteria - 45% of the basic. Arrears will be paid only on 2nd week of September 2010. |

Dear Suresh Kumar M.S Ji,
You have said about Cafeteria 45% of Basic Pay and Arrier in September 2nd Week. Anything more update news of LTS you have please provide like Latest fitment formula for pre 2007 employees and Starting Basic pay for new joining employees after 01.01.2007 and SALIENT FEATURES OF LTS DRAFTING arised from hard bargaining and that is going to be signed today.
Good news is Awaited.
